Spark M3 named user is a unique offering that provides both Spark and Webex services as below :
- Spark Message and Meet services
- Webex Meeting Center services
Important Notes:
1) Even if you need only Webex Meeting Center services and you don't plan to use Spark services today,
Spark M3 is still the best and most cost-effective way to go.
2) Spark M3 is ideal for individual users ordering. For enterprise-wide orders or large number of users orders,
then Spark Flex Plan is the best way to go. For such cases, please coordinate with your Cisco Sales team and
discuss Spark Flex Plan options and benefits.
What Spark M3 named user offfers:
Spark Team Messaging
Subscribers can exchange messages and share files with another person or a group of people. Message anyone.
Choose someone from their company directory or simply enter anyone’s email address and start messaging customers, partners,
or anyone they need to work with.
Features include:
◦ Cisco Spark storage is included with purchase.
The amount of storage given will be the number of users purchased times 5 GB, which is pooled across users.
◦ In addition, the subscriber administrator will have access to administration capabilities and information, such as Single Sign-On
(SSO), call logs, and usage reports.
◦ With Cisco Spark Control Hub (standard), administrators can provision, manage, and analyze the entire Cisco Spark experience
(meetings, messaging, and calling).

Webex Meeting Center meetings (200 webex and 25 Video endpoints)
Webex Meeting Center allows webex participants (via browser or via webex applications) and also Video participants in same meeting.
Video participants could be Cisco or non-Cisco endpoints, standards-based H323 or SIP video systems and also Lync/S4B clients.
So in summary, anyone can join a Webex Meeting Center.
Webex Meeting Center provides a rich web conferencing experience (including chat, etc,) for webex participants
and also offers advanced features like meeting recording and PSTN audio options.

So user has entitlement for both Video Meetings cloud solutions? Which solution should a user use?
So a Spark M3 named user is entitled to use both Video Meetings cloud solutions (Spark Meetings or Webex Meeting Center).
Spark Meetings fit more if user is interested and likes Spark concept of team spaces and messaging.
Webex Meeting Center, on the other hand, is more a Video/Web conferencing facitlity with advanced features - without
the concept of permanent persistent spaces.
There are users that will use both solutions (select depending on the use case and meeting audience) and there are users
that could just select and use only one Video Meeting solution.
Important thing is that Spark M3 is a unique and very cost-effective way to provide a user the best of Cisco Cloud Meeting services.
Note that Cisco is working towards converging the two cloud meeting experiences to one single Cloud Meeting experience
so stay tuned on this.
