Call initiated from monitoring phone to Cisco IP Communicator DN. Using JTAPITestTool.jar, startRecording API called. Hunt pilot configued with 4 DNs and provided into recording profile. 2 phones of hunt pilot start ringing but disconnected after one ring. Can you suggest some workaround? Regards, Umesh
