This document is to show step by step guide to insert agents from file using UCCE Bulk tool.
To insert Agents, first Person to be inserted.
Step 1:-
A. Click on Person Bulk Insert.
B. Make the File Ready for Person Import.
Sample file can be taken by exporting it. Tab separated file.
Eg. Inserting three records. test8, test9, test10
Sample File attached : person_insert_working.txt
C. Click on Import
D. Hit Save.
E. Verify that Person records has been inserted successfully. In SQL DB of Person Table, it will show the Person ID.
Eg.of Snippet of person table from SQL DB :-
Step 2 :
A. Click on Agent Bulk Insert.
B. Create the Agent insert File:
Ensure that, EnterpriseName of the Agent is mapped to the correct Person ID.
In this example, test10_test10 mapped to person id 5011 (Refer person table).

C. Click on Import
D. Hit Save. With this step, the Agents would be inserted to the Database.
