Created by: Ben Simons on 14-06-2011 04:34:53 AM Hello everybody Our customer uses a Cisco Callmanager and just installed the Cisco TSP on another server where our Software resides. So, the TSP needs to communicate to the Callmanager. We have now some errors listed below. In between the two servers is a firewall. As a first measure we wanted to open the right ports. The question is now, which ports have to be open? We found a list here with an overwhelming port list http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/port/7_0/CCM_7.0PortList.pdf The customer has to pay for configurations on the firewall and the firewall is there for some reason. So, opening all those ports is not an option. Can someone tell us which ports are needed or what the error means?
