Configuration
Name Display Enhancement on CUCM 9.x and CUCM 10.x version.
Logon to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration page and choose System > Service Parameters
Select the Server and the Service
Example : A(3111) and B(3112) are located in the same cluster. A calls B via a translation pattern(8.xxxx) by dialing 83112. B(3112) has a display name, but no display name for 83112.
Existing behavior on older versions: On A’s phone, only the number 83112 is displayed;
New behavior on CUCM 9.x and CUCM 10.x:
By enabling " Show the Display name for Final Dialed Number after Translation", On A’s phone, both the number 83112 and name for B(3112) will be displayed.
