Is it Possible to configure the Automatic DST time change in UCCX Script?
Yes this is very much possible. We need to program the script in such a way, that the script reads the parameter value of the “DST ON/OFF” variable from the application.
If in the UCCX application, the DST ON/OFF variable is set to “TRUE”, DST related call routing for specific time period will get triggered, if the value is set to FALSE non DST related [normal hours] call routing will get triggered.
Please note: In the above methodology, UCCX administrator has an overhead of setting the “DST ON/OFF” parameter value manually when the DST kicks in or kicks out. UCCX cannot do this automatically.
