Core Issue
Heap corruption can cause the AvCsMgr.exe process to crash without any warning of problems. Termination of this process ceases all voicemail activities. In order to ascertain whether the issue is heap corruption, analyzation of the dumps logged by Dr. Watson is necessary. The Dr. Watson logs are located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\DrWatson. Collect the drwtsn32.log and user.dmp files.
