The "Site is unavailable" error appears during the Unity PCA login

Core Issue

This error can occur due to one of these reasons:

• The error can occur when a subscriber browses to http://:/ciscopca and when Internet connection issues, a PIX Firewall or Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) restrictions are not factors. A possible cause is that the Internet Services Application Programming Interface (ISAPI) redirection filter failed to load.

• The Tomcat service is stopped.

• The Internet Information Server (IIS) and Tomcat integration are not configured correctly.

Resolution

To resolve these issues, choose from one of these options:

• If the error occurs when a subscriber browses to http://:/ciscopca and when Internet connection issues, a PIX Firewall or SSL restrictions are not factors, perform steps 1 through 5 in the To Verify That IIS Is Configured Correctly section of Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA).

  If the problem is still not resolved, restore the Cisco PCA by performing the procedure in the Restoring the Cisco PCA section of Cisco PCA.

        
• If the Tomcat service is stopped, follow the Verifying That the Tomcat Service Is Installed and Started procedure located in Cisco PCA.      
• If the IIS and Tomcat integration are not configured correctly, follow the Verifying That the IIS and Tomcat Integration Are Configured Correctly procedure located in Cisco PCA.
