Core Issue

Resolution

The -n (name) is the element Point of Presence (POP) name. The name "self" is recognized as the element name, and defines how other servers identify the element. If the server being configured belongs to server group sg1 (that has been configured by another element in the network), it self-recognizes the server as a part of sg1.

This is an example:

dsse[route-mgmt]> pop-names -n proxy -v proxy-server-group

dsse[route-mgmt]> pop-names -n self -v se.pop1.siplab
