Core Issue

The user receives this message:

/dssfp[transport-mgmt]>listen -i 192.168.XX.XX -p 80 -t UDP -d internal

SFP Permission denied

Resolution

Select a port greater than 1023. Anything less than 1023 does not work and generates the error.
