Core Issue
This can occur due to a malfunction of AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr service.
Resolution
This issue can be resolved by stopping and then starting the AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr and AvUMRSyncSvr services on Cisco Unity. Perform these steps:
- On the Windows Start menu, go to Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
- From the Services window, stop and restart AvUMRSyncSvr service. Repeat the same for the AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr service.
Note: AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr service applies to Cisco Unity 3.1(5) and later versions.
