In the TMS CDR report I see the fields Start Time, Duration (sec) and Duration. Is this information keep in the DB or is this obtainable via an API call to TMS? If API accessible can you provide me the sample API call. Is the Call Stop or End time an available data point?
We usually get the Start and End time of calls from the device directly, but in the case of the MXP device Start/End time is not recorded. I was hoping that I may be able to extract this data from TMS.
