Hi, I am new to the Cisco Contact Center Express , I do code and deal with CTIOS Server API. I am kind of confused with UCCX CTI. On one hand CTIOS Server API is so powerfull and when it comes to UCCX CISCO has only the crsctisample which uses the msctilib.lib for CTI apps for Cisco Contact Cener Express. While looking for more details I came across the CISCO(TAPI) Developer center. Just want to know if CISCO TAPI is compatible with Cisco Contact Center Express and if it would be more efficient for inbound screen pops and outbound calls for a CTI APP instead of the UCCX CTI Protocal and the socket level c library msctilib.lib.
