Ensure that the Cisco Unity service that monitors Active Directory (AvDSAD) can contact the Domain Controller and has sufficient rights to remove objects. If the problem persists, enable all the micro traces for the Cisco Unity service that monitors Active Directory (AvDSAD) in the Cisco Unity Diagnostic Tool. Report the problem to Cisco Technical Support and include the diagnostic log.
These errors are typically an indication of configuration issues with Cisco Unity, Microsoft Exchange, or the MAPI subsystem. Verify that the Cisco Unity services accounts are granted the correct permissions and that there are no issues with the installation. The SysCheck utility might assist in the diagnosis of the problem.
