I am trying to collect files from CDRonDemand service on but every time it gives me no files

This line in the log suggests there aren't any CDR files available:

Note, the CAR reporting tool imports CDRs into its own database, so you can still get reports from CAR even after all CDRs have been removed from the UCM repository manager.
You should be able to see actual CDR files via RTMT: Trace & Log Central/Remote Browse - select 'Cisco CDR files on CM server' and 'Cisco CDR files on Publisher processed'

This line in the log suggests there aren't any CDR files available:

Note, the CAR reporting tool imports CDRs into its own database, so you can still get reports from CAR even after all CDRs have been removed from the UCM repository manager.
You should be able to see actual CDR files via RTMT: Trace & Log Central/Remote Browse - select 'Cisco CDR files on CM server' and 'Cisco CDR files on Publisher processed'
