Resolution

In order to fix the problem, complete these steps:

1. Install the MSDE admin tool first. Refer to the Installing Administration Software for MSDE 2000 and Setting the MSDE System Administrator Password section of Customizing the Cisco Unity Platform for detailed instructions.
