Core Issue
It is possible to login from an IP phone and see what voice mail messages are present, but it is not possible to listen to them.
When listen is pressed, the Unknown error code {0}. Report this error to your system administrator error message appears in the phone window.
Resolution
In order to fix this, complete these steps:

Hard reset the phones.
When the phones come up, ensure that the configuration is
pushed. In order to do this, check this on the phone:
Settings > 3 > 2 > 5
