Core Issue
This problem is only seen with the subscriber. This error message might be due to the host and lmhost entries.
Resolution
Complete these steps to solve this problem:
- Reload the subscriber and reinstall Cisco CallManager 4.x.
Proceed to step 2 if you continue to receive this error message.
- Make sure that the host and lmhost files on the publisher and subscriber are updated.
Go to the C:/WINNT/system32/drivers/etc/host and lmhost directories to locate the host and lmhost files.

- Run DBLHelper.exe on the publisher path to put it in the c:/program files/cisco/bin directory (in the publisher only).
- Double click the DBLHelper.exe file.
- Click Republish.
- The Service Release (SR) is reinstalled. Proceed to the next step if it still fails.
- Restart the Cisco Database Layer Monitor and MSSQL services.
- Reinstall the SR.
