Core Issue
Data Connection (DC) directory replication errors are logged to the Cisco CallManager publisher and subscriber server(s) in the Application Event Viewer.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, perform this procedure:
- Run the DBHelper on the publisher and verify that both of the smileys are green in color.
- If any smileys are red, click on Reinitialize.
- If there are still smileys in red, click on Republish.
- If the smileys are still in red, refer to Using DBLHelper to Reestablish a Broken Cisco CallManager Cluster SQL Subscription in order to re-establish a broken Structured Query Language (SQL) link.

If the issue is still not resolved, open a service request using the Service Request Tool.
