Where can I find documentation for MPP phones and Broadworks?

Hi Simon, 

Do you have a maintenance and support contract with Broadsoft (Cisco)?

Quote from the registration page: 

"Customers and partners under "maintenance and support" are immediately and automatically approved based on your company email domain. New customers and partners can also receive access upon approval. See you on-line soon!

By completing the registration you agree to the Xchange Privacy Policy."

So if you don't have a contract you might have to wait for approval.

Ok. We are Cisco Partner but I don't know if we're under "maintenance and support". 

Do you know who's approving? Then I can check if they have received the request.

I don't know who approves it unfortunately. Please contact your Cisco rep for more information on Maintenance and Support contract.
