Where is the EP nonce lifetime configured in SA 2.0

Core Issue

Edge Proxy (EP) authenticates messages on the basis of the length of the nonce lifetime that is configured. For example, if the EP nonce is configured to 60 minutes, EP generates a new nonce every one hour.

Resolution

The default nonce lifetime configuration is 60 minutes. To locate this value, perform these steps:

  1. Browse to the EP INSTALL_DIR/scripts directory.
  2. Log in as dsuser.

    dsuser$ more dsedge_auth.xcl
    ce-lifetime="$nonce-lifetime">
