The above is a known issue in Microsoft Windows .
Resolution
To resolve this issue, refer to How To Fully Uninstall a Performance Monitor Extension.
Note: Make a backup of the registry before modifying it. Re-boot the Cisco CallManager server after modifying the registry for the change to take effect.
