Here for CUCM upgrade/install you need to download the correct upgrade file based on your CUCM version that you are runing.As shown on the drop down text box there may be different files on your SFTP server. Once you make your selection of thecorrect upgrade files, from the drop down box displayed . the system will begin to pull the file via SFTP. This procedure is applicable for CUCM 7.x and later.
