CME 8.6 WEB GUI only 29 phones available

Hello.

Can somebody tell me, why only 29 phones are available from web gui CME?

I saw this picture on every CME version. The GUI version is 8.0, CME 8.6.

It's important question for amateur admins, that are not very good in CLI.
