How to use the Idea Exchange:

Every idea will be reviewed by the Cisco Community management team. You can follow the state of an idea by the Status, such as "Under consideration" "Accepted" or "Declined".

VIP member can search his own post and solutions - we get lot of responces, some time its hard to track our own solution, which may be helpfull to give reference on some post, so its good to have own post and solution search based on username,
Oh yes - and with my memory getting older every year - this would be a great feature. But don't restrict it to VIP members, make it available for everyone.
