Sorry but i need some help.
Does anyone know why I can't connect on the Skillsforal platform with my account? (I suffered this today after the maintenance of 24 Feb), more precisely, I was connecting on the platform with the Netacad/Google account (from the "Or Continue with" section). Today, after the maintenance of the site, when I try to connect with them it ask me to select the country, the year/month of birth, and then when I press Next it tells me that this email is already used. I tried to reset my password, but I do not receive any email from the platform (not even in spam). I tried to talk to someone from Support but I found nothing. Someone can help me with this, because I have to finish a course until the end of the month and I am about the time crisis.

Somehow is fixed now. I can login now guys. What a crap.

I have the same problem, on February 24 I was studying the course and today I can no longer log in and I don't receive the password recovery email either. I already tried everything, and still no access

Exact same problem. I was able to get some sort of support from what i think was a chat bot via email which directed me to reset my password, which I explained already that didn't work because I get no reset email. It then gave me a dead phone number and dead website for support.
I think we're on our own until further notice.

I'm having the same issue! I'm studying for my CCNA right now and plan to take it very soon, and this is seriously hurting my progress... might just have to practice in notepad for now.
