Fobidden error,
Try another browser in private mode, if that works try a clear of your history and cookie cache within your main browser.

Could you please open a new browser, clear your cache, and log into the Community again and kindly try accessing from incognito window.
if the issue still persist kindly let us know, will open a case

Thank you all, this was reported after trying all option only -- I am sure we are matured enough do basic troubleshooting. before posting... if you have analytics of the site, you can visit and see how many 403 errors produced at the time of my report.

@balaji.bandi no shots fired very sure you are capable of this level of troubleshooting before posting, but also UK based, was not getting any issues like this myself. And there was no indication that you had attempted anything in your post.. So would you rather we assume and just jump into complex solutions? If so, indicate what you have tried in the initial post
I have seen stuff like this also when connected to VPN like surf shark for example. But perhaps that is too basic to consider? Im just not sure though, because I now have to assume you have already tried this.
