Web sites copying CSC content

Hello,

probably this subject has been already discussed here.

However, doing a google search I have found a web site named learnios that contains threads taken from CSC

example:

it has been funny to realize that I was the writer of some posts but I have never written on that site.

My guess is that they have taken the whole thread from CSC.
