Hello,
I am having a problem regarding to scan device.
Following error message was displayed when I initiate to scan device and it fails;
" Checking for work items failed: Unable to get access token from https://cway.cisco.com/ws/oauth/v2/token/cway/ "
Does anyone know the reason why it fails?
The diag bridge server is seems to be succeeding to login the device via ssh, but fails to request the access token.
