Device scan fails, Unable to get access token

Hello,

 

I am having a problem regarding to scan device.

 

Following error message was displayed when I initiate to scan device and it fails;

" Checking for work items failed: Unable to get access token from https://cway.cisco.com/ws/oauth/v2/token/cway/ "

 

Does anyone know the reason why it fails?

 

The diag bridge server is seems to be succeeding to login the device via ssh, but fails to request the access token.

It was easy cause.

My gateway is filtering dns packets from diag interface...
