2 nd IPCC express agent cannot log in when attached to IP Softphone

I am setting up IPCC Express Enhanced v 3.5 with 10 agent license setup.

I am trying to install agents with IP Softphone.

The system allows the first agent to be log in to CAD. But the subsequesnt agents

attached to softphone cannot log in to CAD. I am gettting "Agent cannot log in" message.

The subsequent agents cannot log in even the first agent has been logged out.

The same agent can be log in if I attached him to a IP Hardphone.

Any help to resolve this issue is greately appreciated.

Make sure the agent phone device is associated to RMUser account on CallManager. If not, associating the device can resolve the problem.
