Abandoned Calls details

Hello,

Is there a way to pull out the list of calls abandoned with in a skillgroup for an entire month. Historical reports give details for half hour or the entire day but want about getting the same for an entire month.

Hello Krishna,

I think the CSQ report when you filter by the specific skillgroup.

You shouldbe able to select an entire month's range, let me know if you are not seeing that option

What do you refer by the CSQ report here. I am trying to figure this out from the webview reporting tool. Can you let me know which particular report under skillgroup will give this abandon call detail.

Ooops thats a different technology, the question was generic and I assumed it was for contact center express and Historical Reports

Webview is an enterprise technology and you should have an answer from the correct team

I don't think the web reporting tool will give you want you want.  You need to use the Historical reports.  that is one of the plug-ins you can download from your server.  you can query for the info you want as Prashanth Rajagopal suggested.
