The redundant setup of CUCM 7.0,  CVP 7.0  and CUP with 2 X PSTN cisco voice gateway – 800 Toll Free service is running right now.

We need to add one more cisco gateway with SIP trunk   . Telco will shift the 800 service to this new SIP telephone ranges .  Call center service must be available  trough new SIP gateway.  Lines are configured and call is working fine with Normal Extensions. But it is not working with call center agents

Did you perform the script monitor to see if the call is hitting the ICM script and failing at sendtovru?

Can you perform "debug voip dialpeer" to see if the VRU dial-peer is being invoked?

Did you load all the vxml and tcl scripts onto the flash of the router?

Chris

I can test in exisiting VG with SIP trunk IP. there all VXML and TCL scirpts is running . But unable to find CVP static Routes section .

SIP Call is reaching to the Call center Greeting but unable to reach agents if we not defined the Bind command with SIP trunk IP.  if bind  with new telco  provided SIP Trunk IP  the call is not reaching to the Greeting as well. The new IP is addedd CUPS Sip routes and Incoming ACL /Out ACL. but please advice how to add in CVP

Hi Call is hitting the ICM script. But WHile agent phone disconnects aftre first ring when the incoming call comes trough the SIP trunk . The call is routed via CUPS to CVP
