Since upgrading to newer PCs, agents are getting a windows error "Switch to / retry" when logging into the agent desktop.
ICM version is 6.0
CTI OS 4.7
The agent PC has a process called geodcs.exe utilizing 50% of CPU when the error pops up and if they wait long enough...several minutes, the error may go away on its own.
Anyone else experience anything like this?
