Hey All.
I'm working on making a gadget where the supervisors can change skills on agents thru the API.
My problem is that the API is very slow. It takes 3-7 sec. to update 1. agent, and it takes 2-5 sec. to get a list of agents.
Have anyone experience this, and maybee know why ?
The system is a Uccx 10.6.1 with SU2. The system has run for 3 years and have app. 1,2 mill calls a year. No more then 80 agents are logged in at any time (The ova is and 400 agent ova).
Alle agents a using finesse.
If Im using the MobileSkillManager i get the same result with the response (Slow).
Is the API getting slower the bigger the DB is ?
I have a fresh system on same hardware, same versions, same everything where i dont have this problem
This is a big problem.
