Hi there.
I have a duplexed system (ICM 5.0, CTIOS 5.1/SR1) where ICM have recently been upgrated to SR7. I'm not sure if the problem has been there before upgrade, but now I see a lot of following errors in application log on both PG's:
Fail:ProviderChangedEvent caught exeption
Source:Cisco systems, Inc. ICM
Category:DBAgent
Event ID:49153
Does anyone have an idea as to why is error is reported ? Customer is not complaining about functionality.

Have you tried looking in the bug toolkit?

Hello Henri,
I have exactly the same issue. I have opened a case to Cisco TAC. The response is that this error must be disregarded. I am still wondering how to hide it in the event viewer.

Thanks for your reply. I haven't had any problems with users, but the error is still there, so I have also disregarded it so far. Please let me know if you find anyting new.
