AQM/WFM no Synch Database with UCCX

HI

i'm install AQM 9.0.1, that's integrate wich UCCX 8.5SU4, but affter the install, the database no sychronize with UCCX, i'm try and then the flowing error see the attacn

the AQM/WFM no see the agents and team on UCCX.

please help.

Make sure you have set the correct password on appadmin, it's the "Workforce User"

I have also seen comments that long workforce user passwords cause problems but I have never tested that.

Make sure you have the correct host name for your CCX. Login to the CCX cli using putty. Issue the command: show status

Scroll up and look at the host name.

When you type the host name in QM it trys to convert to the the database instance name. Make sure this is correct. There are rules for converting the CCX host name to the Database instance name.

One of these will be wrong.
