We recently rebuilt an older IPCC 3.5.4 server that went down. The Contact Center Supervisor wants it to automatically record all agent calls. Manual recording is working. How can I accomplish this?

The automatic recording of calls by agent can be done by creating a CAD Workflow in Desktop administrator.
