AW - Initialize Local Database Error

Hello,

We are upgrading a new duplex setup to PCCE 12.5(2).

We finished the data migration for Logger and HDS databases through EDMT. We then did the ICMDBA for AW database and Web setup tool for Rogger, AWHDS-DDS, and PG components

After that, we tried to run "Initialize Local Database" on AWHDS-DDS to sync to Logger. But we faced the following error:

"Unable to initialize the real-time feed for instance <instance_name>. Cannot proceed"

We checked the instance name and number and it is the same on all components.

Turns out I should have finished PG Setup before this part to allow real-time feedback, this also goes for Configuration Manager
