I refer to the backup & restore section install guide for Cisco Unified Workforce Optimization Monitoring and Recording Services Installation Guide 8.0. I think the same also applies to v8.5, though I am concerned with v8.0. I need to advise a Customer the best way to fully backup and restore the QM Server.

Is the backup of QM DB all you really need to fully rebuild the QM Server?
Do I still need to run a BARS backup,. to capture all the configuration settings (ie site configuration, personnel, workflows)? (I notice though the procedure isn't documented the tool is still present)
Can someone please elaborate on what is in the "SQMDB" database? I am pretty sure it has everything I need (with exception of data in SQMREPORTDB), but the document is not very explicit about what is stored in the SQMDB, it just says "historical data".
