Hi,
As I know, supervisor agent can barge-in an agent's call with customer and it will become a conference call. I want to know if there is another supervisor, is it possible that the 2nd supervisor barge-in this conference call (i.e. 2 supervisor + 1 agent + 1 customer) ? If yes, can I still add more supervisor(s) to barge-in the call ?
