BARS and subdirectories under the user prompts area

I'm using BARS 4.08 and want to know if I create subdirectories under the

...wfavvid\prompts\user\en_US directory will my custom directoires and prompts be backed up ?

What about other files such as .xml and .txt files ?

I've read the BARS release notes and they are a little vague on exactly what gets backed up under that directory.
