blind transfer from extension to CSQ does not show on report

Good morning,

 

wondering if anyone has run in to this before, uccx11.6. A call will come in to a phone, the user then will transfer the caller to a CSQ trigger, yet when you go in to CUIC and run report CSQ detail or Summary, it show the call but it is not flagged as a CSQ call. i have a snip of the issue. you can see internal user 5324 transfers call to  5230 CSQ HO trigger, it gets answered by agent but is not flagged as a CSQ call?

 

I wonder why?
