CAD 8.5 Freezing In Taskbar

Looking for some advise in a recent issue with the CAD 8.5 on selected CSR's desktop. Randomly this has begun since upgrading UCCX 8.5.1.10000-37.

The CAD will freeze in the taskbar and has to be closed and reopen by tasking out. Call information is then cleared until the next call comes in. This has not happened on all desktops but on the majority of them. I've uninstalled and re-installed but the issue is still evident. I also have a report of another user where the application automatically closes after being logged in after several minutes. Also note that the common OS is Windows XP.

Please let me know if anyone has any advice on this issue.

Are you using the integrated browser or email CSQ? There is a known problem with integrated browser still under investigation.
