I have a customer who uses copy and paste for telephone numbers to the CAD dial pad. They have pc's with IE 6 and IE 7 installed. The behavior on the pc's with IE 7 installed is such that when copying a phone number from an application (not IE) and attempting to paste into the CAD dial pad, IE 7 jumps in front of the dial pad. The agents then need to minimize IE in order to get back to the dial pad. This does not seem to happen with IE 6.
Has anyone seen this behavior and have any suggestions for a fix?
Thx

Does it do the same thing when you navigate between the browser and the CAD dialer with the "ALT-TAB" combination?

What version of IPCC are they using? IE7 wasn't supported until 4.05. Before that you could not install CAD with IE7 installed.
