Whenever you replace an Agent phone, be sure to remove the current phone from the RmCm Application user's control in CUCM first. Then migrate the settings from one phone to the other. Finally, add the new phone to the control of the RmCm App user in CUCM last. This helps to ensure that the RmCm subsystem in UCCX doesn't hold on to the original phone, and picks up the change to the new phone. If you didn't do this, you may need to go back and start over.
