I have a issue that in the last few days the Agents calls being recorded by Calabrio seem to record ok, however when we start to listen to the playback we are missing the start of all the recorded calls, approx. the first 30 seconds, after that point the recording plays without any issue.
Has anyone had this issue before and how can it be fixed.
