Calabrio/CISCO Workforce Optimazation configuraton

Wrestling with a new deployment of CISCO Workforce (I even struggle with the name).   Simple 10.6 CISCO UCCX and CUCM cluster and a single WFQ server for Compliance Recording only, no fancy features.  I configured CUCM much the way I would configure Recording for MediaSense using BiB (not gateway recording or forking).    I note that I see no SIP messages on the WFQ sever, which suggests that the CUCM config has an error but I have yet to find it?  I also note that I get a database sync error on the WFQ server which says JDBC driver failed to load?  Does this version 10 require an OBDC connector to obtain the CC database configs?   Any comments or recommendations would be appreciated.    CISCO TAC refers these questions to Calabrio tech support, who will then send you four pdf manuals. (When I get this figured out I will post a step by step video).

I figured this out,  The JDBC connector is installed by Colabrio as part of the server setup.  There was a Version Update that had to be applied.   Additionally the Colabrio server contacts the UCCX server using the Workforce user defined in the UCCX (Tools, Password Management).  No other user will work and this is defined in the CC. Database definition section of the Colabrio server.    Colabrio is also sensitive to lower case names in the telephony group setup, so watch that and make use of their pre-install check list for setup.   Lastly the SIP issue was solved by changing the SIP Security Profile assigned to the SIP trunk to enable UDP on the outbound Transport level settings.  All working now,
