Call Consult Transfer - CRS 3.5

Hello,

in version 4.x of Cisco CRS Cisco introduced Call Consult Transfer, but it does not exist in version 3.5.

Is it in any way possible to implement that method in version 3.5?

In some other conversations I found out that there's a ConsultTransfer class (and "custom" .jar file, respectively) which could be triggered with Execute Java Method Step.

However, I am unable to find .jar file that has this functionality. Where can i find it?

As far as I know, it is not possible in CRS 3.5

Hello,

it is possible, but you need a custom JAR from Unity. However, I am unable to find this custom JAR / java class.

Please see the attached documentation / script from Script Repository which addressed the problem (everything should work OK except the JAR file is missing :( )
