calling outside

Hello,

Please when suddenly i can't call outside via PSTN lines (lines connected to voice Gateway 2660 ) --> what i must check exactly in CCM and Gateway ?

and how can i know that there a problem in this sense ? in which file in CCM ?

Be informed that i often met the kind of problem --> and when i reboot the gateway manualy , the problem be fixed and everybody can call outside --> but i think that rebooting gateway manually don't fix problem because it's repeat again

For this I could not surround the problem exactley ( in the CCM or Gateway )

Please could you help me for this issue

Zahida,

what sort of PSTN circuits are you using? Is it an ISDN PRI, a T1/E1 or a POTS line?

Also, are you using H.323 or MGCP on the router?

Depending on what you are using different show and debug commands can be used.

Also, you would probably want to enable the CCM trace files.
